Hydraulic busbar benders for copper and aluminium bars

Function and principle of hydraulic busbar benders

In a hydraulic busbar bender the bar is clamped between support and bending tool. When the hand or electric hydraulic pump is actuated, the bending punch moves in a controlled way and forms the bar to the preset angle. Scales and adjustable stops help to repeat identical bends with high accuracy.
